How fast do I get the photos?
Standard delivery is the next day. If you need them the same day you shoot, add the same-day rush option when you book and we'll build the schedule around it.
How many photos will I get?
It scales with the property — always multiple angles per room. Expect roughly 25–35 on a studio up to 100+ on a very large home, which is more than the MLS limit of 50–70 allows for mid-size properties and up.
What areas do you cover?
All of the Tri-County area — Miami-Dade, Broward, and up to West Palm Beach / Palm Beach.
Do you need someone to let you in?
No. If the property is vacant, give us a lockbox or gate code and we'll take care of it. Vacant is actually better — no one in the way, faster shoot, cleaner images.
Are you licensed for drone photography?
Yes — FAA Part 107 certified for commercial flight, and fully insured.
What if the weather is bad?
We reschedule at no charge. It's quick and easy to move a shoot.
What if I don't like the photos?
Full refund. Galleries are watermarked and download-locked until you approve them, so you're never paying for images you won't use.
